How will we work with you?

Each resilience program is co-designed with you to ensure it meets your organisations’ unique needs. Typically this is what working with us can look like:

Step 1

Assessment

Each team member is individually assessed and provided with a picture of their current level of resilience. This resilience test can be done remotely and on any device.

Each assessment is scored according to the ResilienceBuilder Model; developed to encompass the basic building blocks of resilience. Based on extensive research, the model describes the 5 key characteristics of resilience most commonly displayed by highly resilient people: Mental Strength, Purpose, Physical Stamina, Emotional Intelligence and Social Support

Step 2

Train

Resilience workshops and Coaching; in person or remote, group or 1:1 Each individual is encouraged to review their report and select two or three development areas to build upon.

A half-day or full-day group resilience workshop is recommended to support teams in understanding their results and to discuss common areas that have been highlighted in the assessments – emerging with individual and/or team action plans

Step 3

Sustaining the change

On top of this, more tailored support can be provided for innovative blended training solutions and through 1:1 resilience coaching.
